“Oscar” made a fast trip to Manitoba in late April and early May.  He took a very similar route to his dispersal in July, 2015 – from western Kentucky, back up to Minnesota.  He entered into Canada on May 8, 2016.  Since then, he has been in the Lake Winnipeg Area of Manitoba, Canada. Please…
