Immature male, “Shaggy” has been wandering in several states lately. In late October, he travelled the length of Kentucky Lake into Tennessee, but returned quickly to Kentucky. In late November, he travelled up the Mississippi River on the border of Missouri and Illinois. He journeyed as far north as the Carbondale, Illinois area and then turned back south on November 24. After that, he spent some time near Cape Girardeau, MO in early December. Recently, he flew further south into the “boot-heel” of Missouri and his last locations were from Kennett, MO near some of the larger creeks.
